The ABA Squad Student Analyst Program is built for graduate students on the path to becoming a BCBA. You’ll get real clinical experience, expert mentorship, and unrestricted supervision hours, all while working with children and families who benefit from your growth.

If you’re passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children, especially those with special needs, and you want skills you can use from day one, this program is for you.
What You’ll Gain
- Unrestricted BCBA supervision hours toward your certification
- Hands-on clinical experience with direct client contact
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Practice administering skill assessments such as the VB-MAPP and ABLLS
- Experience developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Training in implementing skill acquisition programs
- Supervision and parent training experience
- Mentorship from experienced BCBAs in a collaborative, supportive team

Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in an ABA graduate program (required)
- Experience working with children (preferred)

Free RBT Training
We ensure that every candidate gets a fair chance to become an RBT. If you apply without prior ABA experience, we will provide free training and cover the expenses for your RBT certification. We also provide resources such as study materials and competency assessments. Each RBT is paired with a clinical supervisor who provides on the job training and supervision.
For our current employees, we cover the expenses of certification renewals every year. ABA Squad holds monthly virtual trainings and boasts a collaborative Team environment!
