Salary: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on certification & experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professional training.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst
- Create program materials as needed
- Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors
- Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary
- Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines
- Attend therapist trainings and team meetings
Qualifications
- Current RBT certification in good standing OR willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad will cover certification costs)
- Experience working with children preferred
- Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
- Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Free RBT Training
We ensure that every candidate gets a fair chance to become an RBT. If you apply without prior ABA experience, we will provide free training and cover the expenses for your RBT certification. We also provide resources such as study materials and competency assessments. Each RBT is paired with a clinical supervisor who provides on the job training and supervision.
For our current employees, we cover the expenses of certification renewals every year. ABA Squad holds monthly virtual trainings and boasts a collaborative Team environment!
