Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – St. Louis

$20–29/hour base pay (depending on experience/certification)

Free RBT Training

We ensure that every candidate gets a fair chance to become an RBT. If you apply without prior ABA experience, we will provide free training and cover the expenses for your RBT certification. We also provide resources such as study materials and competency assessments. Each RBT is paired with a clinical supervisor who provides on the job training and supervision. For our current employees, we cover the expenses of certification renewals every year. ABA Squad holds monthly virtual trainings and boasts a collaborative Team environment!
